This is my player, I plan to bring his OD to 15-16 and his Pass to 12 this season.
Considering his age and height, do you think it's worthy training him on IS next season?

His player is in the U21 team so that's why he's aiming for next season I think. I think I would go for the IS training and try to get 3 pops on it, I think it's worth it as you will still reach his Superstar potential with 1 season of out of position training.

I agree, it's best for your player to start now. But even if you don't want to start now, it will still be worth it to start training IS next season is what I'm saying.

I don't know how you knew the player is an U21, but you got my point well. :) He's being trained for quite some time, so I wanna keep my promise to the U21 staff and train him for a SG until he turns 22.
Even though he is developing well so far with his potential it will be hard to make it to the national team. Plus, I don't really have the resources to "feed" him for 4-5 more season without even being sure he will make a great player. So my idea is to train him for a decent outside-focused SF with relatively low salary. I'm wondering if he can get 6 pops on IS during his 22 and 23 years...

Thanks for your answers guys!

I just looked at your roster and found a 21 year old 6'1" with a flag besides his name ;)

And 6 pops in 2 seasons is reasonable.

I was thinking of 6 pops for 2 seasons - his 22nd and 23rd years.
