Hi BB-Marin, I think there is a bug in my team. My player Fanis Giouzelidis(30944551) played in 4 NT matches and there was no change( augmentation) in my team's weekly merchandise, nothing at all. These are the 4 matches if you want to check them:
1)(29332)
2)(29336)
3)(29347)
4)(29350)

I have lost 4 weeks' merchandise boost, so almost 20.000$. I hope this bug can be solved.

Thank you for your quick response and that was something I didn't really know.
BUT my merchandise didn't change AT ALL, it has even been reduced by the pass of weeks for 300$. My player played in 4 matches( 5 with today's game) so I think that my team should get at least 7.920$(30/100*6.600=1980*4=7.920) in these 4 weeks. For some of you this sum is useless but it cost me a player... so I hope Marin will fix this problem.

P.S. man with all respect, I wrote down matches he played so why you wrote if he plays???, couldn't you just checked it?

I have to agree with Westri, there are many factors that affect the merchandise so this one player's boost might have been negated by other factors.

Sorry for being so annoying Marin, but please check my team there is a bug for sure.

The factors Westri talked about are: *team performance on league/cup- best record on my league, reached 500 in the cup for the first time, * last season I was one of the finalists in my league's finals and I could easily win them but I wasn't ready to promote, * match with rival was a blow out in my favor, *I have 2 players in the best stats(4th in rebounds, 1st in assists)

So guys I don't think that my team is doing bad in order not to worth that merchandise boost. Please Marin check the sistuation yourself. Thank you in advance!

There is no bug, I assure you, you just don't know all of the affecting factors. I don't want to reveal all of them, that is not the way this game is meant to be, some things you need to figure out yourself.

yer merchandise is a fickle thing - TV games, rivalry games, even putting players on the transfer market (even if they don't sell) can affect merchandise.

Check your fan survey regularly, and maybe upgrade your PR manager if you feel like you aren't getting good value out of merchandise.
