I have just scouted 40 potential 21 NT players for next season and was a bit shocked at how many of them have had none or very little training. Training players is the best and cheapest way to improve your side long term. I will later in this thread post a quick training guide to help people out who may not be sure about the best way to do this. But if you have any questions before hand please pm me at anytime.

Thanks

Mickyster

Sorry man... for me, if I'm trying to win - I can only really field 2 trainees... and they're Torii & Tomioka (who just finished his U21 run). I'm in the process of selling Kunisada, because I just couldn't give him the training he needs/deserves!

I also think that everyone is quitting......Stunners said that he is done with the game. Swoosh has a foot out the door. Not looking good for Japan at the moment.

Yes and no. The wheel moves on - the nation'll be *less* without them, but neither of them have been a competitive player (heart-not-in-it?) for several seasons. New names are here that weren't not that long ago. It's a cycle, and whilst I'll be sad to see them go, I don't think the nation's any weaker than it's been... well... most seasons - and activity-wise it's probably marginally better than it was around the time I first joined the JBBL.
