Which guard training is least slowed down by age? OD or passing?

I was planning on pumping the OD up on my trainees first, and then train passing later. Is that a bad approach (with elastic effect and age effect taken into account)

Also, which guard training is least affected by height? My guard trainees are 6'4 ish and that might affect training :/

Yeah train OD first, it's about the slowest skill to train. PA is pulled up by HA pretty nicely so good to train late. Also with OD on your player he can at least hold his own on one side of the court, the most important side.
