I opened this 3d for searching if there is (or there will be) any utopian user who thinks not to renew his "Utopia yearly privilege" and what happen in this case.

I'm guessing since this will happen during the offseason processing that anyone who does not renew will have their team replaced in the higher divisions by bot promotion.
