Right Guys!
As a few people are aware, I am standing for election this year for the U21 role. After my disappointing relegation from the EBBL, I’m looking cheer myself up with a little extra responsibility haha.
I have 13 seasons of BB experience where I have managed to reach the EBBL and competed for 2 seasons. I have also trained 1 player to NT level (Shatrughan Palit) and I have trained 2 players to NT U21 level (Palit and Harvey Lyons) so I have pretty decent training knowledge.
I have already began scouting players aged between 18-21 and created a database with all the player details. Altogether I have noted over 200 players that could be useful or be trained to be useful. Obviously without seeing their skills I cant say how many of them are good enough yet but if trined well then we could see a star studded team in a few years time.
I have high hopes for the NT U21 future after searching through the players, we have some possible studs coming through! I believe with a strong community that we can compete and hopefully make it further in to the competitions. However, I will look more to develop star players that will be able to maybe go on to play for the NT team which wil hopefully begin to improve the whole country.
