You guys might be wondering if I'm allowed to make this thread, well Look at BB-Charles message.

At 6am CET three days before the end of the election, the election pool will be reduced to a second round containing the top five candidates, plus ties, plus those with at least 5% of the total number of votes. No new registrations will be allowed after this time.

After this time, every candidate remaining will be allowed to make one and only one thread for their campaign.

So, why would you vote for me well, this is why.
I am the incumbent,
I have learned plenty over my time as manager and I have helped all of you out there with your training.
I know I have had problems winning but,
I have had billions of injuries and plenty of bad weeks of Game Shape. Also I have to play with players that missed a season of help with Kumiko's unfortunate passing.
I am a very experienced manager who knows how to work tactics.
I have trained plenty of players before so, I know how to help.

I know how to find the games that are easy in a schedule.
For example.
This season we have games vs. Argentina. They are very hard to beat but, I am at home.
I have an game against Venezuela which I also have a tough time beating but, we don't need to win against either team.
We only need to finish in the top 4 in the first round.
The record doesn't matter.
These are things you need to know as U21 manager that the other candidates will have to learn over time, however with my experience, I already know these kinds of things.
The rest of the games are pretty easy.
Game Shape will effect our games. But, I will help my players maintain their Game Shape
The difference from me and other managers in this election is that I know how to use tactics without Blank Lineup.

Canada rocks.
I love this country and I hope you vote for me.
Long Live Canada!

Why don't we know how to use tactics without Blank Lineup? I never even used a blank lineup once in all the years I've played BB! Even with my Utopia team even though I don't do training

i feel there is a big problem about the blank, starter may play too much minutes, and end up sit at the bench on the clutch time due to run out of gas.

So much is not known about LCD.
So many managers used it.
I'm happy it's gone!

And I used it extensively this season in Utopia, vs Strictly follow depth chart with my primary team. Two different ways to play the game, both have advantages and drawbacks.

I know that, but, nobody uses Let Coach Decide with a set lineup because it isn't efficient

Sparky I can honestly say that I think your a decent manager and did an ok job with the U21 team. My concerns are:

1) You constantly say that the team has horrible games shape. While very difficult this is part of the U 21 managers position. Contacting managers and helping them understand the game is important.

2) Your next defence is that no body responds. Well I believe this to be tru and suspect that it is a result of your age and your approach. Most 12 year olds are not going to be well received when contacting adults or teenagers. Not only that but most adults are not going to take advice from a "kid" about an Internet game.

3) Your father is very challenging and continues to make your position about him. For example his passive aggressive I quit post in the debate thread. If he truly does take his ball and go home you will be far more respected as the au21 manager.

Unfortunately these three things make me believe it is time to elect someone else in hopes that the U21 team can get back to its former glory.

As I have said you are a good manager and I respect your efforts its just time for a change.

1) Damian feels the same way.

2) Almost everyone who responds to me listens but, plenty of people just don't open their mail.
Your next defence is that no body responds. Well I believe this to be tru and suspect that it is a result of your age and your approach.

As for the scouting post, I would have the player's name as the title.

The post looks like this:
I am the U21 manager of Canada and I would appreciate it if you sent me an update on his skills.
Also after that I very often write about how much I appreciate it that they train players.
Then I give out my opinions.

3) My dad has told me that he will never post in Canada's threads again.
If he would still be talking on this forum, he would reply to your post.
But he isn't.

1 and 2 are things that if someone else gets elected than they will have these troubles too.
3 is done with.

1). That is a crummy answer. We are talking about players who are already on the team not random managers. If a player on the team has not listened to you in advance, they probably don't warrant being on the team.

2). clearly people aren't listening. Perhaps you need to change your approach?

3). It's erie how similar your posting styles are. wow!
