The point of this thread is to list experiences and solutions to the ever lasting problem of using flash on these OS-es and devices. I've had a good experience myself with Dolphin browser, so I'll just add it as the first list item. Also, it would help if you'd also share some tips on how you made it work and as much details as you can. Also, please post unsuccessful tries so we can rule those out. Here goes:
Android
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Software: Dolphin browser (version 11.3.0) with Flash Player App on Android 4.4.4
Hardware: Huawei Ascend P6
Result: The viewer functions nicely, no difference from the desktop experience.
Tip: Make sure to install the Flash Player App or it won't work. Dolphin actually prompted me to do it when I tried to see a game for the first time, and after that it worked.

2. Software: Dolphin browser on Android 4.4.2
Hardware: Samsung S3
Result: Works perfect
Tip: If you installed the flash player app and it doesn't work, check your settings. There is one little button "enable flash". And it's off. You have to turn it on or your games won't work. This could also occur on an iPhone, but I'm not sure.

iOS
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Software: Puffin browser on iOS
Hardware: N/A
Result: Works like a charm
Tip: Only problem: the free version only supports flash from 6am to 6pm (I think so), and the complete version of the browser costs 3.99$ in the app store
