Hi All,

I play another basket ball manager game that your weekly training is affected by the Coach's aptitude in that field.
So for example your Coach has a 28 rating for REBOUNDING which is a really high rating, which in turn means more players will train better in REBOUNDING. If your Coach's rating in JUMP SHOT is 6, then your not going to improve any players much or at all. Make the Coaches Aptitude scale from 0-30. So when you select on a training to do for the week, it will show how knowledgeable your Coach is in that specific skill, there for you can give your players the best training you can.

Here you just buy the best level trainer if you want the best training. Having coaching specialties would really hurt BB. I wouldn't want to deal with all of that.

I wouldn't want radical changes either.

Maybe some very small bonuses?

What if it was more general, like for example if Coach X has a specialty in guard training, training guard skills with Coach X as your trainer will cause guard skills to train like 10% faster, but if you train inside skills with Coach X as your trainer, training speed takes a 5% hit. That's what I'd prefer (if anything).
