I don't think you can judge the Sixers until you see what the picks the acquired turn out to be. They added two first round picks and a second. MCW they sold high. He is almost 24. Turns the ball over constantly and can't shoot. KJ can't dribble. They kept the good second round pick from last year's draft Jeremi Grant. They have six first round picks in next two drafts with the bigs in place plus Saric. That's going to be a scary team in a couple seasons.

If they get Mudiay in this draft, watch out. Way higher ceiling than MCW, four years younger and salary controlled until 2019. That's huge with the new CBA looming. Russell would be ok but he is more of a two and appears limited defensively. Remember they have Saric in Europe. Best player in the world not in the NBA. Only 20 years old.

The McGee trade was a trade all GM's dream of. They were below the salary floor, so they would have had to pay that salary anyway. They got a first round pick, OKC's, for nothing.

If they don't get the Lakers pick this year due to top five protection they will next year and the Lakers will still be a lottery team.

While this is a fair point, I'm not sold on their front office's ability to draft. Obviously they've been riddled with injuries, and maybe when fully healthy with Embiid and Noel down low they'll at least be competent, but their recent picks haven't really really panned out for them. If they use the picks right though, they have potential to be big winners

As for MCW, I really think he'll thrive in a better environment, with better players around him. I can't actually find the exact statistic right now, but MCW has something like the most assist opportunities this season, but the Sixers' shooting is just bad. Now that he'll be in a place where he's got Mayo, Dudley, Middleton, etc. he should be able to boost those numbers, and he won't have to shoot as much himself. I think the Bucks will be scary in the next few seasons, especially defensively; via @TheBenchGuys on Twitter, here are the wingspans for probably starters next season: MCW 6'7", Giannis 7'4", Jabari 6'11", Henson 7'6", Plumlee 7'0". That's gonna be a DEADLY zone D.
