Anyone know a few ways to increase offensive flow?

I invested in a PG with higher HA/PA (10/11, up from 8/8) and it made a significant difference in Off. Flow.

The manual sayeth:
Offensive Flow (how well the offense produces assists, avoids turnovers): point guard weighted very heavily, shooting guard weighted medium, small forward weighted medium.

And while it doesn't mention PF and C, their low PA/HA ratings often kill me with turnovers.
