I know this topic has been discussed, but I want to make a case for it.
Pros.:
-Easy to implement.
-Allow more control to the managers, openning new possibilities (increase the prices for play-off, etc).
-Cut frustration levels with the way the game works. As an example, we had to look for the friendly matches manually and for me it was a pain. Now you can still do it manually if you want, but the change makes the game much better. Same for the arena prices.
-You don't need to use it if you don't want.
-Don't punish people for forgetting to change the prices for an extra month. One or two games is bad enough.
Cons.:
-You make the risk of making your users happier with the game, they may even stop dropping out of it. :D
No, seriously, is there any big drawbacks? Tell me in the coments.

I think lowering the ticket prices should be allowed whenever you want (that would more or less be the same as giving away tickets for free).

Raising the prices... not so much...
