In games you need to have a 20 point lead to have your starters come out.

We should have little functions where we could say:
with 5 minutes left and a (number) point lead, take starters out or with a (number) point lead and 2 minutes left bring backups in. Or other numbers.
I have seen plenty of my games end up with bad minutes because I had a 18 point lead.

In the other hand, we should be able to let our starters play 48 if we want, even if we are leading for more than 20 (in order to take advantage of training minutes)

Yes, but if you have guys play a position with no backup then nobody should come in.

Nowadays, even if you set one only guy in a position and he doesnt get injured or comit 6 foals, when your team gets a loose advantage your coach can make someone else play in that position (I supose there are lots of discussions about that).

It means at that one position 48 minutes for the starter.

With the suggestion topic title, i thought it was going to be something like 'you can pay $1m to a hitman to have your opposition player have his knees broken' or something like that.
