TITLE EDIT: TRAIN OR NOT TO TRAIN

Well i got lucky once again and blindly picked up a HOF potential trainee, but he is 19.

Francis McDonough (36038734) Is he still worth training since he missed a big season. I have a superior level trainer right now and also two other trainees (1 U21 level (33558913) and another who has national potential (34359635)
Would it be a good idea to start training the HOF beside them? (BTW planning on JS/PA training for the majority of this season) PM me if you wanna know the stats for my other trainees.

JS and Pa training will train his 2 worst skills and make him into a very rounded guard, and because of his height, it will be quite effective. He's definitely trainable as a 3rd trainee.

He's a short player so make sure you train his big man skills first. Tons of ID and IS for a couple of seasons because if you wait too long, those skills will be painfully slow to train. There's lots of time to worry about passing and JS down the road.
