I don't think it's possible, and if it were possible it would probably be an undocumented feature that you can't get to through the interface as it is and would require manually adjusting the URLs. But I think it's not possible because I presume that the standings aren't saved on a match-by-match basis, but instead the standings for a given season are calculated each time they change and replace what was there before. It would be possible to generate historical standings given the league fixtures table, but I'm not sure that the amount of processing required to do so is feasible. But I also freely admit that I'm 50% likely to be right, 50% likely to be wrong, and 50% likely to have done some math wrong.
