the training for guards is not balanced very well..pressure and range have not this sub training like others..so,my suggestion..kick handling out and bench press in..bench press trains outside de,range and inside de..what you guys think about it??
pro A:one more traing for range and pressure
pro B:you can train your big guys in outside de
