hi, i need some advice on the future options for this trainee:

Small Forward

Age: 23
Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Potential: superstar

Jump Shot: tremendous Jump Range: prominent
Outside Def.: strong Handling: tremendous
Driving: wondrous Passing: proficient
Inside Shot: sensational Inside Def.: prominent
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: proficient
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: inept

he is getting older and older and i should probably start giving him a lot of OD training sooner than later. what are your thoughts. how good can he be and what else does he need? and how much can he be trained still with his age..

i would like him to have at least +5 OD, +2 PA and +1 Blocking and Rebound. you think that this might be possible and how long would it take?

Definitely possible. He shouldn't even be close to being capped yet so you have lots of wiggle room. Unfortunately he is a little bit older but I would definitely push defense and passing like you are planning on doing. It is a bigger problem to have a defensive liability in a top league than an offensive liability in my opinion and his offense is pretty dang solid already. I think even pushing passing a little bit more would also be beneficial. For 5 OD pops and 4 Passing pops I think it will take up at least the end of this season and the full next season but I think he could be done when he is 25 at some point during that season.

I agree with all E.B.W said.
However, I would also consider giving him some JR training after you achieved what you already mentioned.
