Does staff level affect game shape training? I would rarely do game shape training except I need to badly win my games next week and all my players have played a ton this week. I have a level 2 trainer right now.

I believe team training (which includes GS training) is unaffected by the trainer's level.

What Lemonshine said. The team training options (stamina, FT, gameshape) do not have their effectiveness affected by coach level.
