There has to be a bug my team is in first place (12-1) and none of my players are all stars or three point shooting contestants this happen last season too wtf that is so dumb! So is this bug?

Check the voting here (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/league/38/allstar/voting.aspx). You've had a candidate for every position but they weren't selected. That is not a bug.

I know but some of the guys selected over them barely play?? How does selction work? By stats?

IMHO minutes and games played are very important to get a selection. But minutes/games played in one single position. If you have an outstanding player but he splits minutes in different positions, he won't get enough votes for any of the positions played.

I have an example where a 19yo, who played exactly one league game in S30 at 48 mins (28p 5r 7a), got selected to the Allstar team in Div. I. Didn't make any sense at all, but that would speak against games played having an impact.
