So can you run 5 players thats what im planning to do win cup games and win home games anything thats profitable

Just FYI, winning home games isn't profitable. You might want to win the away games since that will affect attendance in your following (home) games. Increase attendance = increase ticket revenue.

Home games is where you realize your revenue but winning them doesn't really generate any profit in itself.

Yes winning home games is profitable you get attendance revenue. Why would I want to win away games thats not profitable?

Your attendance at a home game is not determined based on whether or not you win that game.

One of the larger factors in the attendance at a game is whether or not you won the previous game (although this impact has been reduced in the past couple of season). Therefore, since often the game before a home game is an away game, as is the game following, winning away games can often have a greater impact on how many people attend your home games than winning home games will.
