Nowadays in Baku Azerbaijan are taking place the first European Games. A multi sport event with many tournaments. Today starts the tournament of 3vs3 basketball with national teams of many European countries compete.
So here is my suggestion.
Similar scenario with Utopia.
Every team has the chance to has a second team. A 3vs3 team. New national chanpionships, new national cups. Many free agents, retired players, will return into the game...
