a user in my country complained that he pays the overextension tax when his revenues are more than his expenses.
I looked at my own overextension tax details and saw that the revenues there were lower than my revenues in the baseline weekly economy.
I thought about an explanation but I'm not sure about it: the revenues calculated in the overextension tax details are the average revenues of the season. is that correct? or is it a bug?

NOTE: The training exemption is the difference between the current overall salaries and the combined overall salaries of all players when they were acquired. Overextension Tax is not applied on the first economy update after the start of the season for all teams and for the first 4 weeks for new teams

It does not. I couldn't find it also in the manual
