That could be a nice supporter feature:
- in one page at the end of each season, to annouce all countries national champions (div 1)
- for every country's 1st division create another page with the list of all past champions and tournament winners (and every year add the new champion and tournament winner).
ex: season 1: team A 2-1 againt team B tournament winner: team: E
season 2:....
