Ok, I just completed my first full season. (1 1/3 seasons. Fun game. I am sticking around.) I finished with a 10-12 record, which is fine, because I am training/rebuilding, and I will be for the next few seasons. So, here is my question. What would you recommend for staff at this stage? Please be specific about the skill level for all three staff members. Thanks for any help in advance.

Pretty much what I would say. Maybe boost the Doctor up one more because injuries suck, but only if you get one for cheap.
