Hi All,
I have an idea I would like to hear your thoughts on. Going forward as we are a smaller nation in buzzerbeater we need to use our resources wisely. I would like to propose that everyone focuses on training 2 u21 players and 1 over 21 player. Each manager picks their best 2 prospects and trains them to age 21, then they pick the best of these 2 and trains them to age 24 to 26 depending upon u21 opportunities and this players potential. Once the players reach 21 you pick the best 2 of that seasons draft and repeat. Doing this should create a good flow of u21 players and good flow on to the national team. Further I need each of you to specialise in what you train, I need about half of you to train sg and pgs, about a quarter of you to train SF with some pf skills and a quarter to train pf and c, while they are u21 players we need the core skills for their positions training not secondary skills, these can be trained once they are over 21, this should give the u21 team better players with good core skills foreach position and improve our chances of winning games, this is what I'm here to accomplish. Can everyone respond with what you think of this idea and what you would like to specialise in as we need to get this started with the recent draftees.
