I have a player who played 62 minutes this week, and now he had a 1 level drop on his stamina. Is that normal? what can i do to avoid that?

obs: The training before this one i trained stamina!!!

It's normal, and there's nothing that can be done to avoid it - everyone drops from time to time.

What a though luck, he poped to Pitful stamina last week, now he is back to atrocious ;S

he probably was trained just enough for the pitiful skills, and the tiny drop he got now caused him to fall back.
Should you train 1 more week stamina he will be pitifull again, and probably stays pitiful for quite some time...

Over the course of a season most of the players on a team will drop a level, with the players at the high end tending to drop more than those with low levels.

Last season, playing time had an effect on stamina, and injured players could drop several levels when injured (because of 0 minutes PT). But they eliminated that.

You should probably get used to training stamina at least one week a season.
Next week might be a good week because of the draft. Drafted players won't necessarily have horrible stamina, but it might be fairly low, and unlikely to be proficient.
