What's the deadline for newly acquired players to be eligible for playoffs?

Some time (3 PM?) on Sunday after the last league game.


I think it's around 9AM server time, but it may be 10. When the time starts getting closer, players will start having the red message underneath them saying that they must be placed on the transfer list before X time to be eligible for the playoffs.

Maybe it's 9:00am in US while it's 3:00pm in Slovenija.
