I really like training the players from such small nations/regions, as their youngers have better chance to get U21 call-up after training for a season or 2.

Last season, my players from Pakistan and Cymru got call-up for their U21, which boosted the merchadising a bit :)

Right now, my team has 19 years old trainees from Macau and Jamaica, I plan to train them and hope they will get call-up by the end of season 33.
