I'm just bumping a very important message that used to be sent around about 1 year ago by the then England NT Coach Gullyfoyle. His advice is still very relevant and I encourage everyone to take a look at what he wrote. I only amended the references to the current U21 and NT coaches.
As a quick note, before I leave you to Gully's words:
• Most draftees have a value (maybe a low value, but not 0)
• Most draftees can be trained into something useful or sold for money
• Do not fire your draftees before you're sure that they have no value at all (considering today is Monday
you can list the player for sale twice, today and on Thursday, before you need to pay his salary next Monday)
