I thought i was supposed to pick 1st in my Utopia league and instead i picked 10th.
Is this a bug or have i missed something about the rules?

Actually, because we are in the middle of the offseason processing, the league draft overview page is incorrectly showing last seasons draft as this seasons. Just wait a bit and it will be fixed.
