I'm afraid I can't do that because it would be extremely impractical going forwards; first I'd have to manually research and find out from the available data that you were indeed wronged in a way it is presented (I believe you that this happened, but there may have been other factors involved and historical data may be lacking in this case) and then fix it. After that, a precedent would be set that would enable everyone affected by such delays to ask for the same thing. I'd have to spend most of my time fixing it that I'd barely have time for anything else, development wise.
We are trying to run this as best we can with the resources we have. Sometimes we have to do these judgment calls which are not pretty - and move on.
