I'm not sure if this should've been posted to help forums instead.

It's about National Hero (NT and JNT) achievement. I thought it's given if a same player goes through U21 and NT, while on your team?

I have two players (30604498) and (30386909) who were both on U21 and NT rosters(game rosters) at some point.

Perhaps they need to be in competitive matches? These guys played in scrimmages for NT.

Yes, it's probably because it was just scrimmages.
