I would to make two proposals regarding the game which, I believe , they will make it more competitive.
1) The transfer fees have gone mad! Everyone 's asking crazy fees for many players that they don't have the proper abilities. You have a large database with retired players with abilities and age to recycle every Monday and give the oppurtunity to managers to buy something cheaper.
2) Cup matches have 50.000 bonus for the winner. What about the crowd attendance in the arena? I never heard that cup matches have free entrance in real basketball... Maybe you have to rethink to give the profits from tickets of a cup match by 50-50, 60-40 or 70-30 like the playoffs. That is a move that will give some extra money to weak teams, especially if they challenge opponents from higher divisions.
