Hey, I read these forums quite a bit and noticed there's lots of good ideas from people around here, so decided I'd also seek some help and maybe some nice unique idea comes up that I could use Basically I have 3 trainees that I'm training, they are very similar types of players and I'd like to train them into all-around players. How'd you guys "do" them?

Obviously the main issue they have is their weak passing.. but can't decide when to start doing PA training to optimize it, since it'd probably take 1 full season of PA training to get it to "ok" level.

Hmm, what would you say would be the bare minimum PA they should all have? I'm thinking something like 8-9 would be bare minimum, but honestly don't have that much experience in regards to PA

If you want an all-round player, it's a SF position lets say, so every of your players should have at least 9 passing, in my opinion.
Then you can decide what to train next, what is a priority for your players (are they more oriented inside, outside, or maybe both).

Cheers

This is where we hold them!

Well, as it looks right now, one of them has higher ID, one has higher OD and one (youngest one) is still balanced, so basically these players would cover positions 2-4 (or 1-3). I'd put a bit more focus on IS to get it to 18/19 on the youngest one and as high as it would go on the oldest one. But the main issue i'm having how to optimize training to include PA.. and still get the most out of other skills (the 23 year old guys are getting older and training is slowing down obviously..).

I'm definitely keeping all 3 of them Regardless of their current level, the 23 y/o's can make it to around 125~ TSP by the time they are 30 and the 20 y/o can make it to 130~ TSP. I've ran simulation in training simulator and played around with it and came to a training "formula" that'd get me all 3 with 9~ PA and all-around skills in other areas Players after 25 still train.. not sure where you're coming from with the "at 25+ trainees are basically done" - yeah, it's slower, but I really doubt you can finish an all around 130+ TSP player by the time he is 25..

Way too much time to get 1 or two full seasons at their peak. I'd stop at 110 TSP, thats way above average and is sufficient in most scenarios.

Hmm, kind of glad I posted this thread up now I see that it might indeed be best to just sell them, so I'm probably selling them next season and will just replace them with a bit older players that will be able to contribute even more and then promote to 1. div in my country at the end of next season. Will keep the 20 y/o since i'm training him for our NT, but other 2 guys will be sold - should get at least 2,5mill for each I guess

Ty all!
