First off, how long is each session supposed to be for supporters? It keeps logging me out every 5 minutes and it is getting annoying as I am looking for players in the market. I would just like it to stay logged in.

Well I'm not a supporter and my session lasts a lot longer than 5 minutes :p

Check your settings under "Preferences", it should be there. Manon is right that the idle time for supporters is very long, but 5 minutes is definitely not the maximum for non-supporters.
