just checking, if i look at a player in the salaries estimation section of buzzer manager and their potential shows as 97%-100% does that mean they are estimated to have maxed out their potential?

It is a possibility. All players have different sub levels of potential so one player could cap at 94-100% and another at 100%. You have no way of nothing for sure unless you train him for a while and he doesn't pop in anything or you get him in 9 GS and see that his DMI does not increase while training.

I've never quite understood the DMI thing... players are still supposed to improve from training even after capping unless I'm mistaken. I was made to understand that they would just improve slower. In my mind that means the DMI would still go up a litle.

I have a player that is about to cap out so I will let you know, but at some point the DMI increases should go significantly down if that is true.

Yeah this is what the game manual says

"When the player's skills reach the maximum their potential will allow, their training will slow down considerably, but will not become zero."
