This is my 18 yea old trainee, I'm hoping to make him a balanced small forward:

Weekly salary: $ 3 397
Role: backup
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 54000
Age: 18
Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: respectable
Driving: inept Passing: respectable ↑
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: inept Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful TSP: 62 (35 + 27)

I want the offense to flow through this guy (high passing/good scoring capability). What's a good training plan? Also, by the end of his age 21 season could I reasonably expect him to be at 90 TSP?

Depending on the level of your trainer yes to the 90 TSP.

I will PM you my thoughts as it's easier for me.
