I think a great idea would be to set a buy out for every player of a bot team so that players with a good potential wouldn't be lost.So,everyone that wants to buy a bot team player would pay his buy out and get him

But what I am saying it is that the criteria (and not criterias)are very strict and almost no one young player can fulfill them.So,as a matter of fact,I say that every bot team player could have a buy out price,so as to be used and trained better.
