Could You include new rule about illegal transfers of inept players.
I saw a lot transfers and bids too for awful players.
I suggest to include a tax for every single transfer (not only for realizing ones) and that tax should be about 20%
For example:
you put a mediocre player on TL for starting price too much above his value and nobody buy him (so you don't have penalty at all)

With this penalty You will loose some serious money.

Let's see in practice:

This 20% of any transfer is high percentage and have purpose to involve a fair play on TL.

It would help in many ways to remove those bogus offers. Newbie protection, less workload on the server, better offers on the transfer list in general.

Plus, it should not be up to regular users to monitor fraudulent/cheating behaviour on the transfer markets.

what we see on the TL is just classic demand and offer. if you have no more good players, crappy players will cost a lot. It's just how it goes.

Listing a scrub player for ten million is no symptom of demand and offer - thats just a fake listing.

If you list a player for a sum, you KNOW nobody will buy him, its just a waste of resources. List him as often as you want, you will see the impact in the fan survey anyways. At the end of the day it's just a stupid move.
