This is my thoughts on how to semi fix the NT and u21 programs of micronations to allow for greater competition, and perhaps more users stick around to help there local NT programs.
Micro nations consisting of 0-50 Users would be eligible to appoint 4 Utopians to the u21 or NT squad,
50-100 Users would be eligible to appoint 3.
100-500 Eligible to appoint 2
501-999 Eligible to appoint 1
Great then 1000, No Utopians permitted.
So that puts u21 and NT powerhouses out of the running for utopians, but allow for smaller NT nations to supplement the little amount of players then have contributing with potential studs.
So you say, but how will we determine who gets who??
Simply, the list is created based upon user count with team strength as the tie breaker, Micro nt or u21 managers select Utopians in a draft type way where each nation must select a utopian before the nation after him in line selects a player or passes. With the picks circling until each nation has been satisfied.
If a nation gets a top 5 pick one year, they are ineligible for a top 5 pick the next.
I think this will help NT and u21 micros compete, perhaps gives managers of those countries slightly more reason to hang around and will give viability to training utopians for any reason other than your own club success.
There are more utopians then prob 3/4s of the nations in the game, Yet they have no u21 or nt hopes and are easily the cheapest players to buy on the TL. I got a guy with 2 TSP less then Long Leach for 10M less then Long Leach Went for.
Thats alot of scratch for 2 TSP and a flag.
