If you have any doubts and feel like you need help with something, feel free to ask either in 'help' forums or the English forums. Regarding training and other player related issues, you may want to contact the U21 or the NT manager, we're not a huge community, they should be happy to help new managers.
The mentorship thread in 'help' is also worth a look in case you feel multiple features are a bit overwhelming. If none of tis works for you do send me a BB-mail and I'll try to help.
