I think players like this are extremely underestimated. He's defnitely worth training.

I have two questions and the one is regarding to training so i preffered not to open a new post.

Lets say a player has all outside skills at proficient level except passing,with passing rating being low like 3 or four..Does passing training have a boost at a situation like this??

As for the second question how does guessing attacking style and flow helps your team?Does it have an impact on certain statistics like rebound or it aplies to all ratings.How much is this impact estimated in points and what is the penalty for guessing wrong?
