But II is balanced. You can see that in the game ratings.

Sure it does. The inside shot from a neutral based offense doesn't get the inside boost that it does from an inside based offense. That is why your outside scoring ratings are higher in isolation than an inside attack and you can actually hit a three, but you won't be nearly as effective inside as you would playing an inside offense.

I don't know. Something tells me you are more likely to hit your foot when shooting at it if you are "focused" on shooting it instead of kind of shooting at it.

Game ratings aren't end all be all, but they do tell a good tale of what the offense is attempting to accomplish. Today's USMNT game against CR game ratings and shot chart are a good example of the differences. Fast forward to the last minute of the game. Look at the disparity in mid range jumpers. Neutral focus versus inside focus, and yes the inside focus gets a ratings bump because they are more effective inside with the focus.

Inside Iso is a neutral based offense. The GE is looking to get the ball to the best inside scorer, but he isn't necessarily looking to score inside and he doesn't get the ratings increase of an inside offense.

Well the broken 2-3 is a whole different ball of wax, I will agree with you on that for sure!

If they only alternate between LI/LP/II you can just guess Inside-Normal for a net GDP gain every time.
