Anyone ever notice that the best position players in the league are either not in the allstar game or playing the wrong position?

Anyone ever notice that often the allstar game features 6'6'' plus guards that are listed for and built as bigs and 6'5'' and under bigs that are listed as and build as guards???

No... I think I can honestly say I've never noticed that in one of my all-star games. I think my league right now has an almost perfectly normal roster.

Not saying it doesn't happen. Just saying I haven't noticed it being a big deal.

if the issue you are trying to solve is the all-star game, then fixing the 'fake lineups' as you put it, won't solve the all-star game.

people don't watch it or have no interest in it because there is no incentive, no cash, no merchandise, no trophy and the game engine used is stupid.

so yer, i think you are drawing the wrong argument for the wrong thing. fixing training out of position issues won't solve the all-star game. It will make thet players that are 'out of position' in that game less of an occurance, but frankly i don't think anyone, not even new players, care about that.
