I am agree.

Maybe the autobid can be delayed, the current market does not demand such a tool. Too few players, too high starting bids.

2-3 is broken/ineffective

auto-bid is best/acceptable

training should train more players or be a bit faster

Would like to see those things fixed or improve them, special the 2-3 zone.

This is where we hold them!

While I agree with your gripes and changes being needed, a survey isn't the best. No there isn't another option that would be better, but I'm sure you know most users don't participate in the forums.

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

i dont see what informations a survey would provide us other than: most of the users think that X.

This does not give us a very valuable insight in what inbalances really exist in this game. I think experts with knowledge of the numbers and formulas which determine the game outcome and training etc. would be in a much better position to estimate how to balance the game that 10% of the users. I don't oppose expertise from players or taking some experiences the players had or will have into consideration. I guess that is important, but I think the BBs know of your complaints well enough. It does not help very much to see that a lot of users think the same . especially because most of the users get there opinion by reading post in this forum and would not make a deliberate decision.

Some challenges that follows polls are:

* It is seldom acurate questions that applies to each user.
* You get hard yes/no answer, that does not capture all the nuances.
* If you open up for feedback a lot of time that could be used to improve things goes away on reading those.
* Popular opinion is not always the right answer to create balance.

Although I am inclined to agree on a few of your points, I do believe the BBs are working on tuning a fine machine, and that some of the reason things are the way they are, is because a lot of managers are following the common census instead of experimenting and finding ways to build unorthodox teams. Because the tilt among the managers have gone to the inside, it is hard to find players that are trained for more diverse tactics in a way that challenges the system. So, to contradict myself a litte I must admit I agree that IS needs to be looked at how it factors into the salary formula. But remember, the ultimate goal of BB is to create a balanced machine that stands the test of time, no matter the trends. Therefore it is (I know) frustrating to not see issues being resolved right away, but in order to assess changes and possible tweaks it takes time. Unfortunately, but it will make for a better game in the end. I just hope I am still on this earth long enough to experience it ;)

You have a lot of great ideas. Your persistence is to be admired. Your posts however are like a chapter out of War and Peace. Cut your posts in half and then again. I find myself skipping them just due to length. Half is just ramble anyway, but you have good stuff buried in there.
