In a vote at its annual worldwide meeting the BuzzerBeater Players Association (BBPA), representing all players on all teams worldwide, requested two changes to the BuzzerBeater training program be considered.
1)
Eliminate 1-position Training
- Rank and file players are tired of team managers focusing on training only 3, usually high potential, players per week while they get nothing and spend seasons with low wages. Instead, they want 2-position training to become the baseline as the fastest training speed with 3-position becoming 2nd fastest and full team training being the slowest for all skills. BBPA anticipates this would allow more players to be trained each week, thereby increasing skills.
2)
Recruit More Highly Skilled Trainers
- All players want access to more, highly skilled Level 5 or higher trainers as there are usually less that 150 total available on the market at any one time. With access to more trainers at these levels, more would be hired by team managers leading to better training, higher skills per player and potentially higher wages for players (which is the BBPA's primary goal
)

The Swedish Players And Trainers Of Basketball Association (SPATOBA) adds a little request on their own:
"Why would only a few players on the team learn from training and the others nothing?"
- The players NOT in training-positions should get a small portion of training.

I made a suggestion a couple of days ago that meets most of the demands:
(278239.1)
1. Skips 1 Positiontraining (but not the 3 Player Limit)
2. Makes training B-skills easier (but not too easy)
3. Gives all Players the chance to train 1 time a season in a training camp.
Maybe your Players could look at it and think what is still missing.

Just after the All-Star Break is a really odd time for them to meet. No wonder their voices aren't heard! They should move the annual meeting to the offseason so not all teams are playing and they can have more attention to their concerns.
I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.
