Staff suggestion: in-game assistant coach

Type 1: improves offense a bit

Type 2: improves defense a bit

Type 3: improves crunch time performance in close games

General performance of the assistant coach should depend on skill level 2-7.

This assistant coach could help players fine-tune their roster or help to reduce weakness in offense, defense or experience.

I don't think you understand what's going on.

The suggestion is to add more trainers and such into the market. That way, there is more supply for the demand and trainers become CHEAPER for everybody.
