I have two suggestions regarding the draft.

1. Reduce the cost to discover skills. Currently sits at 10 points to discover two skills. Reduce this to 5. I believe this will encourage more managers to take part in the draft. This also removes money from the game. Ideally I think the game would want people to invest heavily in the draft. We need to find a way that if you spent the max 40k a week on the draft, you could unlock most of the knowledge required to make sound decisions each year. The current need to save for seasons is silly.

2. Make all weekly fee options the same cost per point. It's a tough pill to swallow spending 40k a week for 4 points when you can spend 20k per week for 3. Another 20k for one point? That buys 3 points the following week. Make it all 5k per point and have more options. Option to buy up to 6 or 8 points a week. Make the draft fun and usable for everyone and a viable means to remove money from the economy. The draft isn't overly broken but it could really use some tweaks.

Third option (not mentioned in the disclaimer). For a rather large skill point fee, your first pick could have a first or last name assigned by the team. It would be a drop down list of current available names for each country. Maybe some cool nicknames like "Tank" is added to the list. Once the draft happens, your first round pick could be named Tank Johnson.

I just think there is a chance to kill two birds with one stone. Make the draft fun and utilized by most and take some cash out of the game.
