So I'm pretty new. I'm at the point that I'd like to invest in some young trainees, I'm not at aIl sure what I should look for. Obviously, everyone's needs are different, but does anyone have some basic, sound advice? Or, anything you think is important to know? Sincerely, Mike T

If you want to train some rookies, or players who are younger than 25, you need to hire at least level 4 (advanced) trainer.

Also you need to choose which position would you train for and arrange your training for one position, so your trainees will have a better improvement.

Sounds really basic but, at least that's what I know about training. Hope I could make a difference and with further advices, I hope I can learn things too :D

Potential has nothing to do with speed of training or ups(pops). Potential is just how many skill points they can end up with. Otherwise your advice was sound.

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.
