Bright Shadow was first created in Season 24 of BB. After 1 season they were able to make it to the final 32 in the Kumiko cup and also make it to the finals in the DIII league (though they sadly lost)
Bright Shadow continued to make the semifinals and finals for multiple seasons in a row, but the team was not strong enough to beat the previously relegated DII teams and had to continue playing in DIII until the roster was strong enough to advance......
Finally in Season 31 they were able to win the DIII.4 league and advance to the much more competitive DII.4 league....
The first Season in DII was tough as the team realized there were no more FreELo bot wins and every game would be a challenge (to some extent). But with great acquisitions and game plan they were able to make it to the semifinals.
In Season 34 the dreams of reaching Naismith becoming a reality as the young rising star and future captain of the team Teodoro Almada
(34359635) was becoming a true Bright Shadow legend......
Teodoro was drafted though by Bright Shadow at the age of 18 and has continued to grow at an enormous every year, making the U21 and leading the team though DIII were Teodoro's greatest acomplishments...but he still wanted to prove he was the best... Getting to Naismith and one day making the National Team....that is his dream and motivation...
With a fully stacked roster at every position, Bright Shadow stomped their opponents in the regular season, ending on a dominant 20-2 record. This was not through the effort of only one superstar but 5 ballers who worked as a unit to achieve the success.
Cruising there ways through the playoffs Bright Shadow had small Gameshapep problems going into the finals because of missed lineups and unexpected international scrimmage times (-_- )my bad...
Even with there opponent getting the game day prediction correct and playing the counter defense...the team still managed to get the win! in Game 2, gameshape was still respectable but they did not expect a 57pt showing from the opposing SF, but they continued to fight until the very last second and managed to pull out a 88-87 win!!
The team will hope to continue there success in future seasons as they continue to look toward there goal of becoming the best in Canada!!! The faithful shall be rewarded!!!
TLDR: I won my DII.4 league
